Dr PJ Reyneke from netcare mulbarton hospital refuse a 3 year old due to no tools on day of procedure

Good day. My son had a kidney stone removed on the 19th of March 2018 and a J stent was placed and had to be in for 6 weeks. Dr that did the operation referred me to Dr PJ Reyneke at the Net are Mulbarton Hospital to have it removed, on the 27th of March 2018 I made appointments with the doctors office and got the booking for the Stent removal to be done on 30th April 2018.. His bed was book and authorisation was confirmed with my medical aid and all was good to go.. Today, 30th April 2018 (day of Stent removal) just before 8 o'clock in the morning, I get a phone call from Dr Reynekes office telling me that the doctor cannot do the procedure because he doesn't have the tools (this information could have been useful 5 weeks ago) .. Now as a mother I felt heart broken because my child is 3 years old and this Stent is now causing complications and it NEEDS to come out.. I phoned e the Doctor on his cellphone to find out what I must do. Doctors words to me was "what do you want from me? Must I fetch the tools out of the air to do this" that made me a bit upset and when I tried to speak to the doctor regarding this he drops the phone on me... Absolutely disgusting way he treats his patients... I honestly never been treated like this from any medical practitioner and will never advise anybody to use his service as they will be highly disappointed..
