Unprofessional conduct

It has been over a month since my mom was discharged from Melomed Bellville under his care and I still have not received any feedback on her health, test results, nor did she get medication, a report back on what was going on. I have contacted the practice multiple times through calls and emails. Mind you my mom has dementia and no treatment care was given or any of our requests met. I am appalled.
