Unprofessional Conduct

I am appalled at the level of service received. Its been just over a month since my mother (who has dementia) has been discharged under the care of the dr and after countless calls and emails requesting feedback on her, I still have not received anything. Countless tests were done, scans that even went overseas for further viewing but she was discharged with not even a mere painkiller nor give us any feedback on the tests ran or the scan. Dr Roelofse didn’t even take into consideration the fact that we wanted to change one of my mother’s doctors but instead we received a call from that dr enquiring about that. No level of professionalism. We were not even given any treatment options . Instead we were told to pay R1200 to get a report after her hospital stay, disgusting.
