Want us to play for their negligence!!!

horrible service!!!! My mother, who is a pensioner, needed to have her dentures repaired, just her top set, was told they could help. We saw Dr Du Toit on 07/03/2022, and was told they could Rebase the dentures. Because my mothers jaw had moved they said they would have to rebase the bottom set as well, which were fine before we went in, it was only the top set that needed to be repaired.

when we collected the teeth, after me paying R1394.20 for the consult and a further R1597.20, to the Lab, we has to go back multiple times to try and get the bottom set to fit again, after the rebase was done. she then was given an appointment for the 6 of august to see the head dentist, this was changed a week ago when they called and change the appointment to today 04 August 2022.

they have no told my mother, that she needs new teeth, and will have to pay R7000, for them..... for their negligence, they want to take advantage of an elderly woman.... this is disgusting behavior.
