Horrible Service by Michael

The dentists are superb and knowledgeable. This review and its rating is influenced by Michael- who is part of the reception/ admin team. The rudest guy I have ever met. He doesn’t listen to patients at all. I went up to reception to ask a question and he literally started shouting and pointing to the chairs asking me to sit down - repeatedly like I’m retarded. He barked at me in front of a full waiting area and what’s worse, my question was not answered. Now, one could argue that I was 7 mins late for my appointment but I honestly didn’t deserve to be barked at by a receptionist considering the 20k plus that I’m spending at this practice. This practice needs to look into this guy’s behaviour. He is tarnishing a brand that these dedicated doctors have spent years building. I am in awe, the level of service I received from their receptionist is unacceptable. You can’t speak to patients like they are your pets.
