Zero respect for patients

Shockingly bad service - patient made to wait + 2 hours after having fasted the night before and in severe back pain - also amidst this COVID outbreak. Delay caused a Physio appointment to be cancelled. Receptionists SUPER unhelpful and unsympathetic - very much an ego game. Zero respect for people’s time and wellbeing especially during this pandemic.
