Shocking service from Dr

Most uncaring lacking in courtesy not returning calls from patients who are in major pain. This is not the first time he has ignored this patient. A call was placed in today noting that the patient was in extreme pain he promised to call back and now it's 6:38 and nothing has happened. Shocking service from a medical person.
