Dont waste your time

Been to this dentist 5 times for the same issue. Now they want me to come back and pay R10 000 for a root canal after being there 5 times and paying R600 for each app. How can it take a dentist 6 appointments to fix one tooth? I am so fed up and have been dealing with pain for MONTHS. Just asked for my x-rays, changing my dentist TODAY! How can you treat patients like this? I asked the receptionist (Shana or something) if she could please get Dr Pestana to call me, I needed assurance that if I drive so far again, it will be sorted out....her response....The Dr wont call patients and she is too busy?!?! I have been their client for +- 8 years, and was extremely patient with this tooth... I cant believe the treatment, tooth and client wise. 8 years and supported them twice a year, and gave them two new clients...clients that they too now lost.

Tried a new dentist....guess what...the filling that was put in three times over at Dr Pestana, had a gap, space in it...causing the irrigation on the nerve. if they cared enough to call me or even to make extra effort to solve the issue, I wouldn't be posting this.
