Disappointing service

I had an appointment with Dr. pert, who initially seemed understanding and assured me a refund for services that were not rendered. However, despite several follow-ups over the past few weeks, I have yet to receive any refund or communication regarding the status. This lack of follow-through has been frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the doctor’s initial promise. I hope they honor their commitment soon, but until then, I would be cautious in trusting them with financial matters.
