I had planned to do a procedure with doctor Pertinia well known as "PERT" when Rich, his assistant mentioned that I might result in having a flappy skin after procedure upon doing inner thigh fat removal and flappy arms. Decided not to do it anymore, having PAID R50K.CASH as a holding deposit. Asked for my deposit the very next day less 24HRS, they say they will pay me in instalments. Have only received R30k.
