Complaint about ******ion by a GP (Ledwaba) in Kroonstad

I had to do my PDP licence and was charged R200 consultation fee.

When I asked to get the medical certificate I was asked to pay an extra R20p JUST to flippin' get it filled and signed...

I am not stoked at all about this.
