What a disappointing experience as a first-time patient. Arrived before my appointment and waited nearly an hour while another first-time patient had already been waiting for her appointment, which was before mine. But a new medical machine arrives, and the Dr, plus her receptionists for some bizarre reason, rather chose to do the training for the new machine instead of attending to their new patients who were expected to sit around and wait for them to finish. No one said anything or apologised for being late or even bothered to give an explanation. Not even a follow-up phone call to apologise and ask to reschedule. She must be earning lots of money off her current patients to not need the new business from new patients. Disrespectful.
