Unprofessional receptionist

I was called on the 08/12/2018 on my home land line by a very unprofessional and rude receptionist ,she did not give me her name however the manner in which she spoke to me was absolutely uncouth . She asked numerous times to speak to my dad or my sister when i asked her what it was regarding she refused to inform me ,she became very defensive and irate when i questioned her .I was in shock as to how a women of this caliber could work in such a professional environment,is this how she speaks to all her patients ,what telephone etiquette does she display,i want this matter to be investigated and the voice recording to be listened to by her superiors.
