Awful experience
I went to dr Ntuli as I was having a hard time with my heart an I unfortunately had an awful experience all the way from the start, hey be qualified and has all the certificates but he is not a real doctor he is only in it for the money had truly has no interest or care for the actual patients, I wore a heart monitor an was meant to get the results back the next week but had no response for months after phoning and phoning, eventually went into the office to get the results I was meant to be sent, my follow up appointment was also cancelled by them and they only gave me an appointment next year march, the teams helpfulness and friendliness was awful, people normally rave and recommend how good doctors are but I unfortunately have to do the opposite, he is the worst, uncaring, unprofessional doctor I have ever been to and it’s not just me, my dad who had a hectic cardiac arrest still dr pat could barley give a dam, he had no genuine care in his patients and he is just such a shocking bad doctor who only cares about the money, I would never recommend him even to my worst enemy
