Shoddy Patient Care

Sent for a liver biopsy and then given a run around second to none. Not told where to go, whether to fast or not, and what this procedure entailed. Reception unhelpful. Unacceptable. Stressful. Especially when a patient is concerned. Delay was two weeks and I have had to find another Specialist.
