Rude Reception

The receptionist was extremely rude, we had an appointment for 2pm and at 2:15pm the reception rudely stated that the doctor was on time when I asked if we were next. While sitting in the waiting room, I received a call asking us to come to the clinic immediately as there was a cancelation. When I asked the receptionist about it, she rudely told me to sit down and wouldn't even look at me. Disgusting! Will never recommend this practice.
