Poor assistance

Seems like since the lockdown people are lacked to work. The assistant who was off sick to do the bookings for Theatre had help to assist her. I don't understand that a Dr can't get someone liable to do the work. It took almost 3 weeks to hear if the medical aid has approved the theatre. One has to phone the consulting rooms to hear, it cost the patient money for calls but that won't be deducted from consultation. A day before hospitalization you as patient must phone again to hear what time you have to be admitted. Maybe the Dr should do a thorough interview before admitting staff. People come from far to see him. This is surely POOR
