Refund not processed

Very disappointed with the doctors service. I went to the Dr and she was super great, unfortunately I had a miscarriage. Few months later she sent me a bill as my medical aid didn't pay in full. On the same day I received the bill I made immediate payment and this was on the 2nd September. End of sept my medical aid informed me they paid her in full. I enquired with the doctors rooms and they admitted to owe me a credit. They requested my banking details. Today is the 07 Jan 2021 still not received my refund. When I call I'm told stories. It's really sad that I lost my job, lost a baby and had to have a dull Christmas with only sandwiches when I have money accumulating interest in someone's account. Poor service indeed. How much did I use for making calls to her. At first the person in charge of the refund was always not at work.
