Phoned continuously but still been waiting weeks for a Papsmear result!!!

Its been 3 weeks and there's still no sign of my Papsmear results. I phoned continuously and I get told "I will let the Doctor know", "You don't have to call anymore, I will get the results through to you" But guess what? STILL NOTHING.

This is really bad customer service and I really don't know what the hold up is? All the doctor has to do is to SMS the results through but can't even do such a simple task? I have phoned Ampath and the results were sent to them 2 weeks back. I really don't recommend coming here, but if you do, good luck getting feedback!!
