No humility what so ever

I went to find a doctor this morning for my son since my medical aid covers certain networks only. I find a doctor in mamelodi east next to shell garage, im aproached by a lady receptionist she explains the posses to me bt with an attitude I let that slide, a file is opened for my son bur I have to pay first ok I go to my nearest atm to draw, I know that im number 3 but funny enough this time im second last. My main concern now is to get my son checked so that I know what the problem is and finally im called Inn. I loved the way my child was handled by the Dr, we finally know what the problem is, I forgot to get a medical cetificate from Him, i later call the surgery at around 11am, for a letter yoh im told the dr has left n she does not know when he will return again I must come before 3. I asked my sister to go fetch it on my behalf that was around 13h30 and the lady said the Dr is not bacj yet, funny enough minutes later the sick note was given to her, I thought i was paranoid but my sister also received bad servive. My son has measles and according to them i should return to work tomorrow 04/10/2017, he spends 6 hours at cretche now who should spend time with him while I'm at work??? if im given 1 day who will monitor his health??? I felt this lady was very inconsiderate and has an attitude problem towards patients but more over my own child is ill and I'm supose to look for someone to look after him because my medical certificate says so really????
