Terrible ********* medical practise

To whom it may concern, I would like to report Dr Premilla Naidoo at the Mulbarton Netcare private consulting rooms (25 True north road, Mulbarton, suite ***73) for negligence, unprofessional and ********* practises. Enitially I saw the Dr in 2020 for the Mirena and blood tests to which she advised me to get off the pill so my blood results can be a true result with no hormones in. Covid hit and I didn’t do procedure… I then spoke to the reception and was given a script for the Mirena prior to seeing Dr. I saw the Dr on December 19 2022 – to install the Mirena, which was advised I get in advance for the procedure to be done. The day of the booking the Dr advised me I cannot install as I was not on my period. Charged me to tell me this, which could have been done prior to the appointment. Why was blood not taken prior to dispensing this device? Then suggested I test bloods after the fact I have paid for and received the Mirena. 12 January I see Dr again with blood results and am in full menopause and no longer need the device. She offered to sell it for me. She made a mistake…. Gave me a script for Evorel conti 25 ( which is no longer available) I then called the rooms and explained she has scripted medication that I cannot get – what do I do? I then was given another patch called evra patch. Which I put on. Reading the instructions for evra contraceptive patch I was confused and sent the Dr a mail dated 18 January 2023 to which the receptionist called me to say its incorrect medication!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as this is a contraceptive patch and I must remove it immediately. I was in shock! How can this happen? Given the incorrect device (mirena) and now incorrect medication. The treatment I have received in ********* and very unprofessional. Of course I was not happy. She then called me 19 January 2023 with an attitude about how it’s all my fault, to say I must collect the device on 19 January 2023 and will NOT sell it for me it’s my problem. This is not right – how must a patient know protocols. This Dr should not be seeing patients hap hazardly dispensing devices and meds and then blaming them. I went to see my GP at this point and she had to counsel me - explain my blood results and give me the correct patches going forward. I am very upset – my body has been through suffering and trauma of emotions. This is unacceptable treatment to human beings – how can the Dr not know to do bloods before dispensing a script for such an expensive device. It is negligent. Please assist me in reporting her and what do I do with this R3400 device. I have also used my funds for incorrect medication, from Taurus pharmacy under the instruction of the Dr rooms.
