Dr Daya, poor/rude reception staff

My review isn't with the doctor himself. But the reception staff, they are so rude and try by all means to make your experience the worst ever. With the reputation that he has built for himself you would think he would train his staff to at least be warm and welcoming to his patients. I read all the reviews and all patients have the same complaints about the reception staff but this does not seem to bother him in the least. It is very saddening because no matter how much of a good doctor you are, the people you put at the front to represent you might not be doing a good job at all. I hope this review reaches him well.
