Useless and pathetic reception staff

<p>We happily found out that my fiancé was pregnant I the father have had experience before with Dr Brune in 2013 and never had a problem and convinced my fiancé the best around. From the beginning being in Kempton park I ask does he still practice in ARWYP hospital and they gladly responded yes he still does. Booked the app and they are not cheap have been there twice and then realized that he does not do arwyp hospital anymore! Ok first set back we managed to source another Dr. Now today my fiancé experienced server pains and called the rooms to find out if it's ok or can we come in and get checked. Mwah hey said sure no problem it was going to be 600 for consultation. Happily to our satisfaction we have to pay R1600.00 without our knowledge of it going to be more expensive. Please reception does not know what they are doing and there will always be something to sort out or try and fix afterwards. I cannot complain about Dr Brune himself as he is fantastic but something needs to be sorted out about the reception and nurses. </p>
