Terrible service, horrible staff.

I was referred to Dr. Brune, I had no issue with the doctor himself but his staff is absolutely horrible. I was scheduled for surgery but still needed information for my medical aid, after waiting for weeks for them to send the information to me it never happened. I sent them emails and called them regarding this and they never came back to me, two days before my surgery I drove to his office to get the information I needed. They made me feel so stupid with the way they spoke to me, turns out they didn't read properly and sent my information to the wrong email address (not only is that violating my privacy to give out all my details and not making sure they had the patient's email address right) After my surgery I waited for weeks to receive my results back and when I got my results back they told me someone will be in contact with me regarding my six week post surgery appointment. It is now a week before that six week mark and I still haven't heard anything back. I emailed them regarding this and I still have not heard anything back. I have never experienced such terrible service, these ladies have made me feel more horrible than I already felt after getting my results back. I guess it is nice to get payed for doing absolutely nothing. This doctor should seriously consider getting better staff because before I went to him I asked around to make sure I'm going to a good doctor and everyone says the same (I don't know how he is okay with people like this working for him, because I've read a lot of reviews saying the same thing.)
