Harra*****t for paid up account!

I had the worst exprience with the Dr and his accounts section. Very rude and dont bother to respond to emails. There fees are sky rocketting grantted but from my exprience its for the money and not the love of helping others. I was called that i am in arreas with my account and i further sent an email to make an arrangement.

The accounts section didnt acknowledge the arrangemnt until they sent dozens of messeage. I asked them to acknowledge the arrangement and payment will be made.

It was a three months payment arrangement and every month after making payment i would send the POP. A month later after finishing paying the account they had handed me over to their lawyers and now the saying i still owe their client irrespective of the POP i have sent to them.
