Awfull Experience

<p>I'v visited this doctors practice, waited 5 hours to see the doctor as they do not take appointments and after finally seeing the doctor was told I could have my blood tests results emailed to me. Waited 2 weeks and upon my request was told I cannot have it mailed as I was told. After a long fight and complain sent via email I get my results emailed and not even an acknowledgement greeting on mail. Dr Donovan Esau then called me on my mobile, not even responsing by email, probabaly not to have it black on white, lashed out at me for my complaining told me I decided to sit there out of my own will and no one ever complained and he will gladly give my money and file back and give me the details should I wish to complain to some sort of Board you report doctors too. I was truly shocked, today a month later, he has still not attempted to refund me as he said he would. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
