Turned back from Dr's office

I've been turned back home from Dr Olateju's office sick as I am because to get funds from my accumulated savings is a long process.I mean if is a long process that means is doable so one must die while I have funds in my medical aid but the receptionist says is a long process,they have never done it.Even the guy at my medical aid explained the process but still they couldn't do it.I'm so disappointed.
