Worst service and most patronizing Dr ever.

By far the worst service I have ever had. Initially we made an appointment to see her. But when we got there we were told we couldn't because she only came in Fridays. So why book us in then when she's not there?? After complaining we got a second appointment and finally met her. What a condescending attitude she has. After inquiring about my son's treatment we asked for the breakdown of the total amount she had given us and she basically told us to cancel our next appointment with her and go look for cheaper options elsewhere. Mind you we were just curious as to how much was going were exactly, because she seemed to have been just throwing around numbers from her head. Her point was to belittle us as if we couldn't afford her services.

She uses inexperienced trainees to do adjustments and my son left crying with bleeding gums because she kept poking and stabbing him by mistake. She kept making negative comments about our previous orthodontist whom we'd been with for years and is well known in her field for being one of the best. (Unfortunately we had to relocate so we had to change Dr's) Worst experience ever. Would not recommend her to anyone!
