SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Such a Pathetic service I have received from 2 months ago and still waiting for someone to get back to me nor respond to the email I sent. Their numbers are not in use nor updated. You only get the correct number once You send them a text on IG.... It's the 11th December all I hear is someone called and you did not answer, smch what a lame excuse. I sent an email to *** last month (22nd Nov) till date no one has responded to my email.
