Pathetic service ever from Dr Ngema Orthodontist in Alberton!

Iam so disgusted about the level of service received from this orthodontist,I've been going back and forth with these people as I've moved my file from Maponya Branch to Alberton branch worst mistake ever! As I am not getting assistance what so ever, I've been trying to book for an appointment as I've already missed two of my appointments already due to their incompetency , first they told me they did not get confirmation from the other branch that my profile has moved ,ofwich I find it odd because when I called Maponya they confirmed that it was already moved and they can't send confirmation to client they can only send it to them"Alberton branch" secondly I have been calling them and they now giving me a run around on booking me even when I told them that my braces are about to come off they just don't care, therefore I really need assistance regarding this as iam very frustrated and honestly don't know what to do this will be my third month missing the appointment because of their incompetency.i will not recommend Orthodontist Alberton under Dr Ngema it is so pathetic with their unfriendly stuff just wished I had continued with Maponya branch but it was very far for me as I now reside in Alberton and thought it was gonna be convenient not knowing m shooting myself on a foot.
