Disappointed by first time care received.

I find it hard to believe that a Healthcare provider in todays world, with so much awareness around the use of social media platforms that make or break a reputation when it comes to services rendered, can be so unprofessional. Office is untidy and looks like it t hasn't been cleaned in days. The Dr keeps walking in and out of the office and leaves the patient waiting a few times. Only examined my son and not me yet i specifically said i was not well and am told u probably have the same thing your son has and i will prescribe an antibiotic for u. The impression created is like you are a bother. I understand that the reception ist or admin lady was on leave but surely there should be a back up to assist. Then at the end of this consult i am asked for cash payment yet i have included my Medical aid details in the file, only be told that the Dr does not work with the Medical aid anymore, so where is the notice on the door atleast with a list of medical aids no longer affiliated with? People skills need to be worked on please.
