Such a rude clerk.

On the morning of 14 June 2015 at. 9:45. I came to the doctor the offices of Dr Nel, Standerand Claasens because I feel very ill. The office clerk miss A. Steenkamp didn't even greet me in a friendly manner and told me too fill out a paper for their administration and told me that I have to be patient because the doctor on call didn't come in yesterday and she doesn't know if the doctor is coming in today and that i should just sit and wait while time passes and I could have been treated at another doctor. I feel that she has a personal problem with me or that she treats everyone with her rude manners if she doesn't know if the doctor is coming she should call the doctor and make sure because not all of the patients can come in and sit here and wait just to be told later that the doctor will not becoming in. We are the public and manners that bad is gonna cause the doctor to loose patients she clearly doesn't know how to treat the public. I will not be using their services again and will personally take it up with the doctor herself.
