Gynae Appointment gone horribly wrong.

HPCRegNo MP*** PracticeNo ***543 In June 2025, my first and only appointment with this doctor, she conducted herself in a way that made me extremely uncomfortable. She did things that no other gynae I had seen before, would do. She made me feel extremely violated. I would rather not elaborate on the details. Furthermore, she sees her patients in crocs and a tracksuit. To be honest, this made me question whether she has any respect for her patients at all. The horrible experience did not stop there. Her billing team incorrectly captured my email address and I never received the statement. I received many calls from the billing department and practically had to beg them to send me a statements. I was not willing to pay until I could see what I was being charged for in detail, which is within my rights. After months of threatening calls, I found out that they had incorrectly captured my email address. I informed them and received the first statement in late October. I paid on 3 December and was assured by reception that they have withdrawn the legal costs This however was not true. Their debt collectors kept phoning me and I explained the story iver and over again. They have now blacklisted me because I did not pay the legal fees, which would never have happened in the first place, if they had not incorrectly send the statement to the wrong person. I spoke to reception again and was informed that the doctor gave the instruction to not withdraw the legal process, despite knowing that this was a result of their negligence. I let the practice know how unprofessional I found the visit. So now it seems like the doctor is being vengeful.
