Unfair treatment

I visited Dr Natascha Andrews surgery for the 1st time last year, day before my appointment I received a call from her administrator reminding me of the appointment. After my appointment I booked an appointment for my daughter and the day before my daughter 's appointment I received a call reminding me of my daughter' s appointment. In my 1st consultation she referred me to an orthodontist surgery and booked another follow up appointment with her that was booked a month after my 1st consultation I even asked her administrator to send me reminders for these consultations and it's something they were also doing for the past two consultations I had with her.

I called her surgery spoke to her administrator and requested her to cancel the appointment with an orthodontist surgery, I assumed that the follow up appointment was also going to be canceled because even the dental treatment that I came for she couldn't do it in my first appointment because she wanted me to consult with orthodontist surgery first,

The follow up appointment with Dr Andrews was only supposed to be after I had consulted with the Orthodontist surgery and I canceled that because of my busy schedule.

I got a call missed call after a month from Dr Andrews surgery and I called them back her administrator answered and advised me that it was her stupid self who dialed my number by mistake I'm quoting her words. I was even surprised by the kind of language she was using talking to a patient . When I was talking to her I introduced myself and even gave her my contact number because I wanted to know the reason for her call, she never mentioned anything about my appointment the following day. I sent a message to Dr Andrews immediately via what's up and email and she never even responded to my messages.

The following day around 12:00 I got a call from her administrator advising me that I missed my appointment and I have to pay R450 00 for not honouring my appointment.. Now they have referred me to their attorneys and they demanding R950. 00
