I visited this Ophthalmologist in September, I was instructed to return after 10 days which I couldn't do due to a family crisis. I lost my script on the day due to vision challenges in the Uber, called their office and requested for a re-issue which was a hustle cause they took three days to resend my prescription. Until this day I have never receive any feedback regarding the holistic eye test nor the lab results
