Receptionist Tanya

I took my daughter to the Dr end of Jan and the Dr is professional and very nice. Always spot on with my daughter. So during the week I got a statement from the medial aid and when I checked they only paid 80% and I was liable for 20%. That was not a problem. I called the dr’s room and spoke to a receptionist who took my details and said they will call back. Two days after the same lady phoned me back to confirm the deatails of my daughter and I asked them to send the invoice with banking details to my work email, I gave her the details and the mail never came till today. On my way home I passed thru the dr’s room just to check what was happening. I spoke to one lady and explain but the phone rang and she answered, I didn’t mind, then another lady came thru. She asked if I was helped and I said yes, I’m spoke to the lady who is on the phone, she said she can also help, no problem, I gave her the particulars and she went to get my file, when she came back she is like “ the reason we haven’t sent the email, we don’t have the email address” she threw the clipboard on the counter as I’m explaining that I called in with that info already, she just went off at me, maybe I looked young she thought she could go on top of my head. I told her she doesn’t have to be rude, she rolled her eyes and and said to me “I can show u rude”, she kept on and she ended up going at the back and o e of the lady took over coz she was just behaving unprofessional. I asked for her name and she said it’s Tanya (if it’s her real name) but I can point her very well. I have been going to the Dr’s room since my baby was born and have never been treated like this.....ever. If she has stress she must leave it at home or work at the back with no people. She lacks humanity
