Extremely bad service

Besides wait 2 hours to see Dr Naicker at Castenhof hospital, He didn't even look at me when greating or talking to me, when taking a scan 9our first scan of our baby) he ran out of paper.

When you see clients on a daily basic with this regards how do you run out of paper. He then took a photo with his is CELLPHONE saying he would email it. Its been over a week with numerous calls and still nothing.
