Dr refused post op treatment

Its been 2 months since my septoplasty and I am having a lot of complications. Every week since my op on the 28 of April I have been in the doctors room who could not explain why I was experiencing these difficulties. He continously prescribed medication which I had to pay for. Dr says that all his patients who underwent a septoplasty was fit and back to work in 2 weeks. My question to him was why was I not recovering if that was the case. He refered me to a maxillofaxial to pass the buck. When I questioned that I did not need to see one because my condition had everything to do with his op he gave me a note to have an MRI. two weeks later I called his rooms and his receptionist to notify the doctor of my concerns and she told me that Dr Singh again left note that I should see a maxillo. I ranted and raved over the telephone and 3 hours later I receive an SMS from the doctors room saying that doctor has left an admission note for the MRI scan. I feel that this doctor has done something wrong during my procedure because I haven't recovered to date from my septoplasty.
