Unexceptionable !!!

Unexceptionally rude receptionist - rushing to get through my call without listening to my requests. Impatient, irritated and arrogant. Unexceptionable to say the least. She is an absolute disgrace to the establishment. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and will be making use of another Gynecologist/Obstetrician.
