Taking kickbacks

We suspect this doctor receives kick backs from riverfield lodge. She wanted to send our father with fill on dimentia to riverfields for 3 days to be "assessed" by a social worker and OT in the middle of winter. He can't speak and he gets confused VERY easily and has 24/7 care, he's wheelchair bound, he is 91, and doesn't even remember who his own children are. We already had verification of his condition from other doctors. The social worker could easily come visit the house. There is no reason for him to be taken out of his comfort zone for such a service and send to a place he doesn't know, filled with mental illness and drug addicts. We thought doctor were meant to do no harm.
