Awful Experience

<p>I type this review out rather disappointed and angry. On Thursday 13/04/2017. I visited a paediatrician Dr Muyanga to have my son checked out. I must say the service at these rooms were rather unprofessional. And this is the second incident at the same place. I previously took off work on the 27/03/2017 knowing my appointment has been made. Once I got there we waited almost two and a half hours and still had not seen the Dr. I ended leaving without seen her due to other appointments I had made for that day. Which was rather frustrating. Now again on the 13/04/2017 I take another day off thinking it would be better knowing I had made an appointment a week prior. Only to find out that it was worse than before. I arrived at 11:30am with my two sons. There were at least four ladies before me. We waited in that room until the doctor arrived at 2:30pm. My argument about this unprofessional waiting period. Why does this doctor not have someone running her rooms if she is so busy in hospitals with emergencies. Is it normal for me as a mother to have a 8 month old and 2 year old sitting with me for almost 3 hours. All the children in the room started getting irritable and parents frustrated, because the receptionist kept saying doctor was busy she will be on her way soon. What was more frustrating is that when she finally arrived, doesn't even greet, goes straight past us to her room then she only saw two patients and had to rush off again. And once again we were told to wait she will be back soon. How annoying. My kids are irritable, I'm frustrated and I have taken another day off work for NOTHING. I mean it is as good as going to a government hospital. This is service I am paying for!! Not even to be given a doctor's note for work. I am very disappointed with the service. And don't see myself visiting them ever again. She consider rather closing her practice as she has no idea how to manage it. Thanks for Nothing!</p>
