bad service and incompetence

I received a call a call from Elise ( nicol-davis attorneys) in july 2015 regarding a doctors consultation dated Feb 2013. When asked why I wasn't notified I was told the Dr couldn't get hold of me because the post office was on strike and they had old medical aid details. Amount due was R800+ when I asked for a statement was told I'll be charged for it & the lady was insisting i make payment arrangements. I then requested for their details which wasnt sent and I called the Dr's and the secretary was rude insisting i make payment and she couldn't explain why I wasn't emailed or contacted on my cell no or landline and she then hung up on me. Called back and I was promised a statement which I'm still waiting for. The medical aid sent me proof that the Dr was paid and I received another called from Elise who i then sent a statement to on the 4th aug, phoned nicol-davis attorneys and was told the document was received. I then received another rude call from Elise on the 21st demanding I make a payment and she claimed not to have received the document, I gave her the info where I sent the proof to & she promised to get back to me n didnt. Called today & gave her the details AGAIN
