Butcher, Not Dentist!!!

Pathetic service from the staff at Dr. M.R.H Moosa dental practice, Shop No.37, Queensmead Mall, 95 Teignmouth Rd, Umbilo, Durban, South Africa.

After a botched tooth extraction, I returned to the dentist to try and work out a resolve, as i was in more pain than before the extraction as they had not only removed the tooth, but a massive chunk of gum along with it, and did not even bother to inform me of the complication.

when i spoke to Dr M.R.H Moosa, he looked at me as if i had no right to complain, spoke down to me as if i was a 7 year old child, and offered no resolve of any kind. I will never make use of his services again, and will urge whoever is considering to go there, not to.
