HORRIBLE SERVICE

Poor service by the receptionist, I went to the surgery sick looking for help the lady told me the Dr is seeing last patient I must come after 15:00, she did not even bother to notify the Dr about me she just sent me away I wonder if the Dr know what the lady is doing it seems she doesn't care about patients, she does as she pleases she acts as if she is a Dr not a receptionist.She was so rude.
