Bad service

I have been booking to see this Dermatologist in Polokwane for the past 3 months and they always call me to say the Doctor has cancelled my appointment,it happened 4 times ,really if the Doctor doesn’t want to see patients anymore she must say it unlike booking us and cancelling.its unprofessional and irritating, the receptionist there always call to say she’s got “important family matters “ what an excuse
