Disgusting receptionist

I'm a stern believer that your business is represented by the first person you interact before anything else. In this case the receptionist at Dr moosajee and partners is a totally the opposite, I must say the Doctors are quite friendly but their receptionists are something else. I had an appointment earlier this morning, I called in to advise that I will be coming through. The colored Muslim lady answered and I must say she had no people skills what so ever. I arrived 10 mins late for my appointment due to circumstances beyond my control, as sick as I am i humbly greeted the receptionist, her response was "DO YOU SEE WHAT TIME IT IS?" THE DOCTOR WILL HAVE 2 SEE YOU AFTER 2 HOURS COZ WE WON'T PUT YOU FIRST BECAUSE YOU DECIDED TO GET HERE AT YOUR TIME ..

I looked at this lady wondering if she knew what I had 2 go through in order 4 me to get to that surgery. I understand that I was late but was it necessary for her 2 embarrass me in front of the other patients? She humiliated me and this is not the 1st time she treats me in such a manner.

I've seen how she interacts with other patients, but why does it have to be different with me? I love my doctors so much, but I'm definitely not going back due to the horrible service I recieved from the receptionist..

If you know you work with people leave your personal issues at home. As a patient it's not easy not knowing what's wrong with you on top of that you've got 2 deal with people that dont know the pain you in.
