bad attitude from receptionist dealing patients

Went through a long day of work not feeling well is an unpleasant situation on its own. Went to see a doctor after work, I get there inform the receptionist that I'm here to see a Dr as usual and she response by asking for my medical aid. I hand it to her and get a sit as usual. She then calls me and hand back my medical aid and tells me I don't have enough funds for consultation as consultation is R350.00.I go back to my seat after 20min I go to her and ask when am I seeing a Dr. She tells me the same story that I don't have enough funds in my medical aid. How hard is it to explain to a patient a process of cash consultation. She didn't explain to me their process if a patient needs to consult on cash n she tells me I should have asked. I take out my debit card to pay in the heat of an argument.She doesn't tell me that they don't take cards, I ask to speak to a Dr n she tells me Dr cannot see me without paying the fee.<br> <br> I don't believe I pay so much money for such bad attitude.She doesn't deserve to be behind that desk.
