Money paid and no service delivered

Abt 5 yrs ago i paid R8000 for him to make me permanent dentures. He ws still practisng in Daveyton and i used to go the every 2 weeks ans spend R70 on return trip sometimes he's there and sometimes not and i'd have to go bck without consultng. It happened for far too long and he moved to Kzn without informing me, i calld and ge tld me he'll call when hs back and mke an appointmnt so we cn continue wth the procedure, i never heartd frm hm since, then decided to whtsapp him twllng him im tkng ths up, he said i can do anything i want to do. I tried contactng hm again bt his numbr ws out of servce. My 2 front teeth whre the dentures wre suppsd to balance are rottend and i dn't hve money to make another set of dentures..i googled hi and got this info. 4017 Seeiso str, Sharpevilee ***
