R1600 Consultation fee for nothing

08/11/14 my doctor referred me to Dr Mokgatle Lister Building (Physicain). I went and waited for more than 3hrs. While waiting I've asked the receptionist how much is the consultation fee? The response was, I will have to see him first. He arrived & I was called, I told him the problem and he didn't even touch me. I insisted for his opinion and he just sent me to Lancet laboratories for blood test and Judelmen for XRay. After that I was told to pay R1600 consultation fee. I asked for what? The response was, I was with the doctor & I have to pay. I told them he didn't do anything but she insisted for my payment. I then went for XRay and blood tests and I also pay them. I came back with the XRay and I asked him about his fee but he ignored me and just told me that the xray shows nothing wrong with me. I will have to come back next week for blood results. Next week I called them to find out about my results and I was told that I can't get them over the phone because I have to pay R850 consultation again. I phoned Lancet directly & told them the story, they gave me the results and told me that I was supposed to get them from him. All I experienced was BAD SERVICE & *******. Never again
