Default listed against my name

I was involved in an accident on the 6th December 2014. I had to go through Anaesthetic in February 2015. My doctor, which was Dr Mazabane told me that I would go through Anaesthetic because of the back pains I was experiencing, he said to me he will confirm with my Medical Aid if they would pay for the procedure, he would call me the following morning, he certainly called me to confirm that we were going ahead, I went it was fine. 3-4 months later, I got a call from Dr Mojapelo to tell me that I owe him about to R2000 which was billed on the day of this procedure, which I wasn't aware. I did tell him that I don't know him, I have never dealt with him in the first place, and even with Dr Mazabane, he never told me, he just confirmed that the medical had agreed to pay without discussing with the difference that I need to pay from my own pocket. I don't know about Dr Mojapelo. Today, I got an sms that clearly stated that \a default is listed against"which is not fair. its my life we are talking about here "
